Steinberger Construction completed two separate expansions to the Pioneer Hi-Bred lab in Windfall, Indiana.

The first expansion included a complete laboratory with extensive custom casework, temperature & humidity controlled seed storage rooms, and an office remodel and addition.

The second project included a two-story laboratory and office addition, plus an 80′ by 100′ machinery storage building.
