The Steinberger team partnered with Orion to perform complete design & build construction for their new warehouse building.   Work included complete site development and drainage, new septic system and utilities, the Butler pre-engineered building system, a full height masonry interior fire separation wall, loading docks, a large room for product assembly, shipping offices, a large break area and employee restrooms.
